Fond du Lac Farms' Raw Egg Nog

We don't know about you, but egg nog is a big deal on our farm during the holidays. Here's our favorite recipe to make your own egg nog using our farm-fresh raw milk. Don't forget to stock up on raw milk and click below to print or share with your friends!

Ingredients

  • 12 - Organic Egg Yolks
  • 1 1/2 - Cups Organic Cane Sugar
  • 6 Cups - Fond du Lac Farms Raw Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon - Pure Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon - Ground Nutmeg
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup - Brandy or Rum (Optional)

Instructions

Place egg yolks and sugar into blender. Blend for 2 Minutes or until the mixture thickens. Add Fond du Lac Farms Raw Milk, nutmeg, and vanilla. Blend for an additional 2 minutes or until sugar is completely dissolved. Add brandy or rum if desired. Blend for an additional minute.

Chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over each cup before serving.
